Nikolai Romanov
Nikolai Romanov creates endless landscapes composed of hundreds of rectangles and squares. This artist’s inspiration is nourished by both the harmony of parks and the beauty of wild nature. A mountain or water surface, an antique viaduct or a lonely cloud in a landscape, with Romanov, leads this to meditation and philosophical reflection. He brings out the hidden and brings it to life in another reality. He starts from perception, and his work is figurative but highly abstracted.
